Returns

We want you to love your purchase! If not:

• Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• Sale/clearance items may be non-returnable.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we’ll gladly help if stock is available. Contact us at marketing@the27north.com with your order number and the reason for return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the item. Shipping fees are typically non-refundable.
